Billing & Payment
Tuition is billed monthly. Enrolled dancers are charged by the first day of classes each month. Drop-in dancers are billed for any classes not yet paid.
Your balance is due by the 15th of each month. Statements are sent via email.

important to know
Beginning this fall, Ballet Wichita Academy operates on two seasons: an Academic Year season and a Summer season. Dancers re-enroll at the start of each season, as class schedules may change between sessions. Drop-in options are available for dancers who need flexibility.

All rates are based on $17/hour, charged per class per week.

Enrolled dancers save up to 20% when taking two or more classes per week.

Punch Cards
Pre-pay for drop-in classes at a discount. Virtual Punch Cards are purchased through Dance Studio Pro and expire at the end of each season.

Dance Scholarship Available
We believe cost should never be a barrier to dance. The Ballet Wichita Dance Scholarship provides need-based financial assistance for students who qualify. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Students interested in applying for a tuition scholarship to Ballet Wichita Academy are invited to apply each fall. Scholarships are based on financial need and help make quality dance training more accessible. Please note: Scholarships cover partial tuition only Not based on merit Deadline to apply: August 1, 2026 Awarded scholarships are valid Fall 2026 – Summer 2027, and not a guarantee of continued scholarship in future seasons. Decisions are made once per year before the fall semester We encourage all eligible students to apply before the deadline.
