2. About Ballet Wichita
Ballet Wichita is a Kansas-based nonprofit professional ballet company located at 1600 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67203. We provide professional performances, dance education, and community programs to the greater Wichita area.
3. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate registration, ticketing, donations, and communication with our organization. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Class Registration & Enrollment
Class registration is processed through Dance Studio Pro, a third-party platform. By registering for classes, you agree to the following:

Tuition is billed monthly and is due by the 15th of each month

A non-refundable registration fee may apply

Ballet Wichita reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

In the event of a class cancellation by Ballet Wichita, a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisite skill level requirements for the class in which they enroll
5. Performances & Ticketing
Tickets for Ballet Wichita performances are sold through Ludus, a third-party ticketing platform, and other third-party ticketing platforms. All ticket sales are subject to the ticketing platform's terms of service.
Ballet Wichita's ticketing policies are as follows:

All ticket sales are final unless a performance is cancelled by Ballet Wichita

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or exchange

Ballet Wichita is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
6. Donations
Donations to Ballet Wichita are processed through Givebutter, a third-party platform. Ballet Wichita is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. All donations are final and non-refundable unless made in error, in which case please contact us promptly.

Tax receipts are provided for donations as required by law. Ballet Wichita reserves the right to use donations at its discretion in furtherance of its mission.
7. SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Ballet Wichita, you agree to the following:

8. Photography & Video
Ballet Wichita regularly photographs and records video at performances, classes, events, and community programs for use in marketing, social media, and archival purposes. By attending a Ballet Wichita event or enrolling in a Ballet Wichita program, you grant Ballet Wichita permission to use photographs or video in which you or your child appear, without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event or class.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ballet Wichita website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and video — is the property of Ballet Wichita or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Links & Platforms
Our website contains links to third-party platforms including Dance Studio Pro, Ludus, and Givebutter. These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Ballet Wichita is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ballet Wichita's website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballet Wichita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services.
