Join Chance to Dance — Ballet Wichita's outreach program that brings dance and movement education to elementary students across Wichita.
about the role
Inspire. Empower. Move.
As a Teaching Artist, you'll be trained in our curriculum and lead once-a-week movement classes for six weeks in local elementary schools. You don't need a formal dance degree — just a love for movement and working with kids.
You'll help identify students who show a passion for dance and connect them with Ballet Wichita Academy scholarships. Your impact goes far beyond the classroom.
WSU Students:
You may be eligible to earn college credit for participating. Talk to your advisor about how this experience can count toward your degree.
